In Illinois the organization we compete in is IDTA which stands for Illinois Drill Team Association. Short Flag is the emphasis of Flag use with a pole that is no longer than 3 1/2 feet. It is NOT a flag baton, twirling baton, chain flag, or swing flag.

And this video honestly doesn't do the routine justice... up close and on the actual competition floor you can see the showmanship (growling faces) and the white gloves (for Michael Jackson emphasis). Please only post helpful or positive comments on the youtube videos of teams that have worked hard on their routines. I wouldn't dream of posting negative or hurtful comments on any other team's videos.
