If you're fed up with Mike Honda please take some time to meet Don Barich, who will be replacing him in November. Simply search for Don Barich's name on Youtube.
I am in Rep Honda's district and I think this health care change will destroy the United States of America as we know it. It is unconstitutional and goes against everything our country stands for.
I live in Mike Honda's district and attended his town hall meeting in Santa Clara. Honda allowed only 1 hour for his town hall meeting which included a biased video filled with misinformation. Honda's video said that there were 47 million uninsured (actual number is 12 million). The meeting was filled with SIEU union members. Most of the people chosen to ask Honda a question were SIEU/ACORN members.
This is such BS. Honda votes the party line regardless of what's best for the country.
The Hon. Rep. Honda's email states that his video post "as I believe they represent the views of our district uniformly". Well, no, they don't. These are all completely one-sided, pro-Obama -care opinions. There are people in the Congressman's district including me who do not agree and do not want the government in control of health care. But as usual, we get the Potemkin Village approach to politics. All my way, all the time.
