  • thank you for this great footage! may he Rest In Peace!!!

  • wow never saw him perform before,he did great RIP

  • he did the real thing

  • what an amazing perfomer and perfomance!! how the hell he sustain those high notes and spin at the same time?

  • After he made his transition and left this life, I always got the impression that he and Sylvester were greatly underappreciated. Jermaine, wasnt the greatest vocalist but he was a natural born performer. You didnt have to tell him what to do on a stage...he just had it. He was a consummate professional and Sylvester was a LEGEND. Had it not been for them, I dont think we'd see gay, OUT singers like we do today (RuPaul, Kevin Aviance and Adam Lambert). I'll miss Jermaine's enthusiasm.

  • great song by js.

  • can someone make a video with all of jermaine outfits for show plz

  • Used to be a buyer for a NE USA record chain. Knew AR guy at Arista. After Word is Out is a hit, AR is giving me a ride but has to make a call. Next thing I know, I'm talking to Jermaine in England from a pay phone in a small NE town. He thanked me for promoting him in the US. He seemed a very cool, down to Earth person. Some people get a contract and it goes to their head. Didn't get that from him. I'm glad that "We Don't Have To..." became a big hit. It's a great song to remember him by.

  • I was on that tour I bulit all the drum and precsoin and key midi system. we open in okc zoo amp last show was in tuson az. it was for 8 weeks we had a blast. one of my fav tours I did. wish. I could see some of the guys again. will say jermaine was a hoot to work for.

  • its always funny when high pitched singers sing live and exhaust their voice and it turns gruff....I have a Shalamar concert and the same thing happened to Howard Hewitt...same here with JS. The performances must high energy and the gruff has come up "SING"..lol

  • that is koo that he jumped into the audience. he seems like he mustsve been very humble and sweet. and had alot of energy that just rubs off on ppl.

  • Oh my! What an energetic performance this was! I love this song of his.

  • legend

  • Omg!! That was so damn cool! I got goosebumps when he went into the crowd. What an awesome guy. RIP Jermaine <3

  • Ferdie, you're right. Jermaine was really, really special.... so glad he left us his one hit to remember him by. He was amazing!

  • he was so cute an could SING. an it was funny in a cool way when he does the wanna dance part.

  • I love the real music they had back then now we just have CRAP Im only 19 and I know it.

  • yea i agree with u

  • Thanks for this video!

  • I'm so upset

I just realized his talents a few month ago and I knew he was dead by judging how friendly he was to his fans..

I wish I could of met him D:

    R.I.P Jermaine Stewart!

  • The world just hasn't been the same without you Jermaine. Rest in Peace! Your friend and fan, buddy hopkins

  • we miss you

  • legend

  • hisz voice live soundsz cool

  • Wow. Just, wow!

  • Great performance.. Love him!

  • aw this is the bomb :D thanks

  • Very live!

  • Love it. Thanks so much for posting.

  • did he do a second night? did he perform this tour in another country?? if he did... please upload.

  • Jermaine Stewart toured live with his band, The Party for only six weeks in his entire career. From approximately May to mid-June of 1986 in the United States. That was it. It started in the mid-west (Oklahoma City, to be precise) and ended in Santa Barbara, CA. The tour never made it to the east coast or anywhere else around the world. Such a shame because JS and his band were amazing. This footage is the only known, live film available from this short 6 week tour. Enjoy-

  • this was great!!!

  • i love wya the music sounds for it live.thanks so much for postin performances. u can really tell how special this man was as a performer. unfortunatly i was just a baby when this man was big.
