And what are the rights of women who get mentally abused by there immigrant husbands?? I don't think they should be in this country if they're doing this to AMERICAN citizens. I was in a relationship where my abusive husband set me up to make himself look like the victim. I pleaded no contest because I wanted it over with. My charges were dismissed, but does is he still able to get into the country?
