that's the driver taking a shity line the whole time then finally getting it down the last time as u watch the rubicon walk right up that weak ass hill
Man... it is true, you have to gun it up the hill, to get proper traction! Don't worry about hitting the gas the Jeep will get you up there! I have one myself, the Jeep and i have no problems gunning it up a hill
With hills like that, what you do is come out of your Jeep, go up the hill and look where the trail leads. Then one person at the top guiding you, and you go in 2nd low range and gun it up the hill.
Check out my video response, thats me going up a steep hill where train tracks used to run.
He was also purposely going as slow as he could to test the traction control. He turned off the lockers. When he turned on the lockers it went up no problem.
Well unless there is something on that hill I can't see I don't see what the problem is I've climbed bigger with my Jeep Wrangler JK Unlimited X. Rubi's have full lockers... If you new at off-roading then ok =)
What's the point? If you have a Jeep and you're going to post a video it should be something that's unique or highlights what a Rubicon is capable of, not make it look like a commercial for a Land Rover.

It´s all about weight in this case. The heavier a vehicle, the more problems it will have on a slippery steep grade.

Video's can be deceiving. I'm guessing the hill was much worse than it looks on video, or possibly the issue was just street tires.

You are correct, the hill was worse than it looks.
