Quite the contrary to what you are teaching Richard, Israel will lose her State () and Jeruslalem will be trodden down by the Gentiles the last 3 1/2 years of the Tribulation. Amos (9:15) the Prophet was speaking of the Thousand Year Reign when Israel will not be moved, but will be as it were the Queen of the nations with the Lord of glory ruling the entire earth from there, and all of the great Jewish Prophets and Apostles returned in the Resurrection with Him.

Amen to finding your own answers in the scriptures vs. listening to man. I was raised with a pretrib rapture belief, and more recently as I began to study the scriptures, everything was telling me to the contrary. After much examination and reading, I have come to the belief that it is just not true. It amazes me how many people hold that as a belief, when there is really no scriptural support for it.

Are we certain that what happened in 1948 is not a counterfeit by satan? He counterfeits everything. And I'm not finding Scripture that says true Israel will return (regather) to the land before Yeshua returns.

Not arguing by any means - to be clear. I'm simply looking for the truth about what's going on in the land of Israel. And if satan is pulling a fast one...&Rev 2:9/3:9 keeps coming up...
