Mr Tsai is RIGHT, those greedy Banker need to get fixed, they think they can do anything after they paid off Abien. Corruption at it's worst. They are not there to help the small Ma & Pa's shops, they are there trying to gain un-lawful profit and to gain back the money they paid to Abien.
