Hello! This is Paul Heskett and John Shipley of The Swinging Cats. Your kind comments have been enormously gratifying - thank you all very much, and our very best wishes to you.
Wicked traCK!! first heard this on 'This are 2Tone' tape i bought waaay in 1980 I think!! although forgot all about this track till I just heard it here!. reminds me of the specials track 'holiday Forthnight'!!
I rremember seeing this band live with the specials back in 79 bloody great they did a ska"d up version of the magic round about amazing where are you all now ?
This fabulous instrumental was actually released as a single on Two Tone Records in 1980. Regrettably, it failed to reach the Top 75. This is a massive injustice.

Great tune. Johnny Zero author of 'An Essential Guide To Music In The 1970s' likes this too.

More great music that needs to be heard these days! I still have my 2 Tone 45 of this killer. "Away" on the b-side is a keeper, too.

This is the most obscure release from Two Tone's prime (i.e before The Specials broke up). May have been the only one not to chart.
