I have a magnum12 rubberband gun (original) and copied the gears and position of the gears.. took some wood and jigsawed the base.. milled the gears i measured on my cncmill...

Love it! I've been looking for rubber band gun plans & came across your video. I "recently" finished making a home built CNC router/mill & wanted to make some RBGs as presents (and for fun, of course!). I've seen a few designs I like, your ratcheting trigger mechanism looks great. I'll send a PM in the hope of getting the DXF from you so I can cut my own.

Op een stuk vuren hout heb ik de kolf getekend en uitgezaagd. loop van rond grenen staf uit de bouwmarkt gears erop en klaar en uiteraard alles nog effe in de vernis

Just take a look at my other vido's..

I have an emco cnc mill and a cnc lathe in my basement and some more cnc machines at work...

3 of those machines I retrofitted myself... So a little bit of woodwork and plastic milling is no problem.
