  • I remember when i found this video in the game folder of my whiplash! (Fatal racing)

  • DESCENT

  • im trying to reproduce this logo in adobe after effect

  • virtual pool!!!!!

  • imagine this:Interplay makes ClayFighter for the playstation 1,welp,if they really do it (they cannot do it because the playstation 1 was sadly canceled)this is the logo they will put in.

  • Oh my. I remember that epic logo from the DOS game Whiplash. I always watched the logo boot, it blowed my mind!

  • they need to bring this back, update the graphics, but keep the music. Interplay is back afterall.

  • the lost vikings 3

  • This is on the 3DO version of Out Of This World.

  • Ah, when games had grand music and games were grand! What ever happened to those good old days? Where I remember even EA was still Electronic Arts (Although I forgot their opening logo thing). Love Interplay, just picked up on luck the Fallout trilogy which I didn't even know existed and got the first and second Fallout to finally play! I remember hearing this opening music all the time in the day!

  • @Shintsu2 Makes me cry thinking about the WONDERfUL games back then. Why?!! WHY!!!

  • @visionimagify Yep, makes me sad that I can't play most of them on this computer (Win 7 64-bit is not nice to old games...). I still have all my games I played as a kid, Duke Nukem 3D, Blakestone, X-COM UFO Defense, Raptor, Constructor, Rise of the Triad, the list goes on...

  • @Shintsu2 LMAO. Rise of the Triad was the shiznit. Played the demo on my very old computer. It was a windows ME and it gave me headaches. Still have the thing. Going to gut it this weekend and try to do something with the parts. But man, those were the days. I miss dial-up, AOL RP chat and everything else back in the early 00s. Made you really appreciate gaming. Nowadays, you can't find anything memorable.

  • @visionimagify I started out on MS-DOS - I think 5.0 when I was about 5 (Remember starting so many games from DOS). Then I seem to remember a brief period of windows 3.1 and the next one I used for a while was Win 95. I don't miss dial up (Stupid telemarketers knocking me out of my games), but the sound was cool. Hah, we never had any part in AOL, but we're tech savvy and no offense but AOL was pretty much for stupid people (We used Bellsouth dial up I think) - like Internet Lite edition.

  • @Shintsu2 I was an avid RPer back in those days and dial-up AOL RP chats were only thing I had until I built my own computer and started playing online games. Great innovations back in those days.

  • it appears on lost vikings 2. that was awesome game :)

  • Nice animation. Remember this in Conquest of the New World.

  • This reminds me of the DVCC logo.

A laser burning a green tile.

  • Does anyone know any PlayStation games this appears on?

  • Casper I think, maybe Descent too.

  • Thanks. :)

  • not descent but descent was the best game they made :D

  • I have this for the FMV game Kingdom. It's an amazing feeling thinking about how awesome those videos were when I first saw them.

  • This could use a remake. You know, the framerate and such. But I still like this logo sequence and the music. You can't say no to that music.

  • Oh man this looked so amazing even though it's way too long!

  • wow and that was good animations b4

  • I think this made its debut on Sim City Enhanced CD-Rom in 1994
