Thanks for your comment. I have personally cleaned over 10,000 roofs of every type, in nearly 20 years in the roof cleaning business here in Tampa. We can walk nearly any type of roof. However, some customers do not want anyone walking on their roof, no matter what. These customers are willing to pay a little extra for their tile roof cleaning because repairs are expensive, and many roof tiles are not made anymore.
