One thing my nurses mentioned at my support group the other day is that on warm or on humid days, as well as on very cold days, your band will change, and you will have more restriction... For me, that means that summer is a strong weight-loss time, because of all the restriction, as well as winter. Gotta love NY weather. Anyway... I think you're doing great! Keep it up!
