I agree, I'm not too impressed by people talking about themselves and everyday lives for no purpose at all. I guess they desire fame but for nothing but their looks or something trivial. People with serious interests and something to offer are often highly respected, I find it hard to believe vlogers have nothing to offer the world.
I guess it also depends on what they are talking and their relevance to the viewer. I DID enjoy a vlog I saw today of a young girl telling about her visit to a HIV testing clinic for example. She made the story humorous (obviously she had gotten good news about her test results) but at the same time was a serious topic that is good for other people to hear about.
Well see that's a good topic, that's informative and relevant and important. Youtubers search for drama to get views, drama mostly with each other. Is it so hard to find drama in a world with real issues, drug abuse, global warming, famine, war, Disease, economic failure? Ignorance is bliss. Most people would rather get more views than do something good, it's unfortunate though, there's so much more reward in doing something your proud of.

Why do you try to stay away from sewing? I only ask cause I've known many women who don't want to be associated with feminine domestic work like sewing, so that they can be seen as strong in intellectual way or equal to men. I guess I can't complain cause I hate cooking, for other reasons.
Wearing eye glasses, it hurts my eyes to focus too much on sewing. So when I tried sewing before, the stitches were crooked or so my mom says. I don't have a problem being associated with 'feminine domestic work'. It would actually be wonderful if I was able to do everything well.
Maybe I will try sewing again when I have time. I'll start with the pile of clothes that need mending.. ; )
I'm always the worst at mending little things it seems easier to sew a full dress then a sew a little button. But I've never had problems with my eyes so I'm not to sure what that would be like. it does take a lot of practice to do, but to do anything right does too.

You made it seem so easy to sew. I have tried to stay away from sewing as much as I can. I only like cross-stitching but I haven't done it in years.
I like the yapping better than script. ; )
