  • I am an employee for Up. in north little rock. I got to ride this train from bald knob to little rock. It was amazing. Something I will never forget.

  • @Shadoglare I was wondering th' same thing. Talked to a U.P. Steam Team guy and he said its purpose was to supply electrical power to th' passenger cars and to provide proper dynamic braking.

  • I love this ole ALCO 4-8-4. I use to operate and old Baldwin 2-6-2 and the 4-8-4 1948 to 1950. I miss the old Steamers. Great video of old memories :-)
