Edwards is decent (by USA standards, in any other country, he would be laughed at), certainly better than Hillary or Obama, but Kucinich is SO much better! Kucinich doesn't have the record of backing up Bush, and he doesn't want line-item veto, and he will eleminate the patriot act and he will install REAL universal health care.
VOTE DENNIS KUCINICH IN 2008!!!!

I do not believe Edwards would be laughed at in other countries. I have lived in several countries and I can tell you that his political stances are considered roughly equal, or slightly more moderate than, many European social democrats.

With his history? And even if this is true, which I will take your word for, that just makes it even sadder. Edwards looks like a liberal republican from 30 or 40 years ago, and he's the best front runner. How sad. Whatever happened to policies that were actually left wing, and actually changed anything?

Yeah, but Edwards is dead. Everyone knows it. I think I may like Hillary better than Obama though. I can't decide. Hillary makes me vaugley ill, but Obama makes me feel like projectile vomiting and beating the shit out of someone at the same time.

Amen to that, Elizabeth. John Edwards is a man who is not gunning for the Presidency just to rattle his saber, but to truly become our nation's capable representitive on the world stage. GO EDWARDS!
