can someone help me. After about a mintue or so when I start to play oblivion my character starts to walk backwards and really slows downmy character and is fucking annoying cause I have to go out of the game wai ten minutes or so then go back into the game then its fixed then after a minute it does the same fucking thing again!

He's an imperial? Oh. then How did you manage To give him Green skin, Electricity Flowing all around him and little power generator thingies on his head without effecting the Race?

The electricity is just a shader effect from the mod Unatural Aura. All I did to affect the race was by adding Orc Topknots to it (That's the power generators), and his skin just became green after I'd spent a bit time messing up the skin colour with the character creation.
