Dude .. i dont know if you ever played fallout 3 .. but you may have noticed that if you go through the sewer system , you can find the door to the white house bunker, where, once exiting, you will find that the building suffered a direct hit, leaving just a crater. And some ghouls.

Here what they have done , and very well i may add, is rebuild the house so you can enter it. And a mod of this scale, to be done to that detail, must have taken at least a year.
