actually i dont know how to make mugen characters either but i know a mugen site for us,its called fighter factory mugen,thats how you can make a mugen character and theres videos to help us,by the way,when do you want to get started on our awesome characters?and by the way,the characters are me and you if thats ok

awesome mugen game ut theres a mugen version with every mugen creation ever made and to find it just type in mugen 2844 characters on youtube,then download the files and after you download the files you can extract from the first file but it takes a while but its worth it if you want it,and one more thing,the video is called video response to kibanaruto22,thats where the downloads are
