Grew up eating lots of spinach, my Mom used to make a spinach/cheese tart that was awesome; can't find the pastry here though :( Bought some of that Knorr soup base a few weeks ago, haven't tried it yet, was wondering if it tastes better than the canned stock. Only tried Campbell's Italian wedding soup in the past but never homemade, yours looks so good.

This looks really easy and good. U had me for a sec when you put the spinach in there. I love spinach in salad and on my sub.lol But it does look really good in this too.
