  • LOLOLOL!!!!! Drury lane!...It was the Muffin Man!

  • "don't do it again"...

no sure if that's enough to teach him a lesson...

  • Makes me laugh. I had my pushbike stolen from a london station (d locks still on it) and the bloke walked past 7 cameras which the (very helpful) station staff offered to give me the tapes from, but the police weren't even interested in looking at the tapes. wankers.

  • happens in sf to

  • I saw online today a disk brake alarm similar to motorbike disk locks wondering if that would be a good deterrent 100 decibels in their scummy ears

  • that guy with the blonde hair at the ned was full of shit

  • "pedal cycles' Stop calling them that, its 'bicycle' geeze, i work full time in a bike shop, no one i mean no one calls them 'pedal cycles'

  • 11:40 is the simple reason why females should not try to become policeman. Stupid little girl.

  • I like how all the thieves are black.....

  • I love the way the guy gives up the bike when asked for it back.

  • Scumbags! They should use their wire/bolt cutter to remove some soft, delicate dangly bits... Perhaps they wouldn't do it again then eh?

  • 0:39 " While pretending to be on his mobile phone ". Bullshit. I helped local police nab members of a bicycle theft ring that used cell phones communicate with each other. I guarantee you that guy was part of a theft ring too.

  • 00:34 "with his bicycle now safely locked up the cyclist now..."

I thought we just found out that there is no safe way to lock up your bike. Weather you get a 15 pound lock or a 125 pound lock, nothing's safe for those big bolt cutters

  • England police don't carry guns??

  • @CODproR19 nope. only specially trained police and only when responding to a threat where that level of force is needed. For example someone waving a shotgun around in the road.

  • @CODproR19 Specialized policemen do, but average cops don't.

  • I think certain motorcycle chain locks are the only chance you've got, also locking up away from the ground witch gives leverage.

  • 450gbp for a giant, lol

  • Wow depressing. So bike locks don't work full stop. The only solution seems to be never leave your bike out of your sight in any public place. How about using a bike which can't be easily resold like some crappy rusty iron horse (or a good bike disguised as one). That might help. Or maybe put crappy brand stickers on your top-notch machine so it looks worthless.

  • That's why you don't use only ONE lock. Use many. The best deterrent is time. Thieves will pass on to the next bike if yours is too much trouble.

  • What's the best way to avoid becoming a victim then? Is it best to take the seat and front tire with you? They seem to steal the bikes by driving them away, so if there is no front tire or seat, it would be hard to get away with it.

  • isn't there any way to put some kind of alarm system integrated in the bicycle so when you cut the wire it sets off?

  • @poltergeistish Dont use cable locks. You may as well use sandwich bag ties to secure your bike.

Have a look at Sheldon Brown [dot] com for information about the 2 lock method: use 2 locks to secure both wheels to the frame and one to secure it to a post

  • All he got was a 5 month suspended sentence after stealing 10 bikes? Why would he stop?

  • Should have shopped that useless cunt after a good beating. What a fucking loser!

  • These Guy are small time. Igor Kenk is the biggest bike thief. Look at Pedal Power Documentary trailer:

  • Wow bicycle thievery!

  • 0:00 - 0:11 Cinematic Orchestra - Channel One Suite. whatchuknow about that son

  • I would of thought 1-2 years behind bars to keep the fucker of the street. So it just goes to show how the judicial system fails miserably when serious crimes are committed

  • The cops should start carrying ULocks instead of billy clubs.

  • They should take a hammer to his foot so he would limp every where he went the rest of his life.

  • Why white thief's face is blurred when in the Part 1 the face of the black thief is clearly shown?

  • when I reported my bike nicked, the idiot copper in Hackney Police station couldn't give a f**k he was laughing and joking on his mobile phone whilst I filled out the useless form. Sadly, that's the problem - the police can't be bothered to take it seriously so there's zero chance of bike thieves getting nicked and when they do....5months suspended sentence for that scum bag who'd screwed hundreds of cyclists out of pocket thousands of pounds - the joke's on us!

  • typical first guys black

  • @xNEXTxHEROxPLEASE and the second guy's white. And if they edited it differently it would be the other way around. Such a retarted comment.

  • What can you do to protect your bike from being stolen? Smash the crap out of any bike thief you see. Make sure to break at least one of their limbs, for in so doing you take them out of action for about 6 weeks.

  • NICE! Good to see these little shits get what they deserve.

  • Over 100 bikes stolen with a likely value exceeding £25,000 and the known perp gets 5 months suspended? Why waste time making this stupid programme? Why interview the celebs? Why break all the crap bicycle locks? If the magistrate will not properly sentence a career criminal, who fails to attend the sentencing hearing and then has to be rearrested at gods knows what cost in police time, then there is absolutely no point in making programmes about bike theft. It is a very, sick joke!

  • Why did they show the face of the darkie but not the other?

  • @gregapage Most likely because hes not of age.

  • Prison for life? And we pay for it? I say the cops should have cut off both their hands right then and there and thrown them into the street to fend for themselves.

  • @jjj2www yea i know we should execute them instead

  • i can only imagine how fucked off id be if someone was to stel my bmx :(

  • lmaoo 6 cops to catch a bike theif? don't they have bigger problems to worry about?

  • @tennisdude2000 If the police don't allocate enough officers the victims scream out for more to be done, if we allocate too many officers people like you make smart arse comments.

If everyone had your attitude the Police would be thanked for nothing and blamed for everything.

  • @tennisdude2000 wtf is the matter with you. Bikes are worth money, if someone stole your $500 bicycle i bet you'd be pretty pissed off, the police are doing a good service. get off youtube retard.

  • @Moncantha yea well if you fucking dumbass tried to use that single brain cell of yours, you'd figure out that it costs more in taxes than $500 for them to allocate 6 officers to a bike thief, arrest him, and keep him locked up for theft. point is, lock your fucking bike properly and you won't have this problem. also, heard of something called insurance? you should look that up fuckface.

  • @tennisdude2000 "lock your fucking bike properly and you won't have this problem" - watch part 1 and see how there's no "proper" lock. All those very expensive locks, done in seconds with the right cutters. Insurance - yeah, another crime really. Give in to just paying the insurance, premiums go up, next bike nicked again, more insurance, premiums go up. The thieves know this only too well.

  • @tennisdude2000 there is no way you can lock your bike properly, didn't this documentary show this or were you just not watching?

It costs money to lock up any criminal, so you think that because fighting crime costs money, we shouldn't do it? If that's the case lets not have a police force and then crime would be rife. Once again you are a retard. By locking the criminal up, why may have saved more than $500 in bikes from being stolen, did you get that into your tiny brain?

  • They should have a huge punishment for bike stealing. If someone stole a motorcycle or a car, the punishment would be so much harder. Why should it matter that a bike costs less than a car? It's still some people's only way to commute.

  • FUCKIN NIGERS !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!KILL THEM ALL !!!!

  • "So now I've just lost fifty quid? Just like that?"

    "Yup."

    Perfect response. XD

I've had my bike nicked, and luckily found by the police. My advice is to make it ugly, obvious and unique. Mine was a mountain bike convert, with white-taped butterfly bars. Very difficult to hide or sell off, so the bloke kept it. Then they found him. Good job, GMP!

  • Recommendation: Uglifiy your bike, dent the frame, put tape and junk on it. Thieves like clean bikes to sell!

  • Get those bastards. Should go to prison for life!

  • @TOMATNOSCE Life?!

  • they need to invent a remote operated taser in a bike seat, so if someone tries to ride your bike uninvited BAM - instant removal from the gene pool.

  • "Thanks a lot for the Bike... uhh... Don't do it again."

lol Guy probably stole another bike around the corner so that he could get back home 10 minutes later. The punishment for stealing bikes is a joke.

  • i like this video

  • bolt cutter to there dick would slow them down

  • @marhanen *their

  • My advice use about 5-7 locks really am serious.

  • omg thats where i live in islington...and I want a bike so badly but too scared to buy it

  • WTF....only 5 months suspended sentence for a serial bike thief? Is the Brit court system so WEAK?

So, what was the punishment for stealing a man's horse just 100 years ago in England, a free lunch & a POTB (pat on the butt)?

Is it any wonder the "Islamization" of Europe is on the rise, & NOBODY is awake to this "stealth Jihad'?

  • London cops are too dumb to follow the thief back to the cash.
