they are wonderful places!! but personally, i do not believe that there is a "rainbow bridge" as described in the poem(that is where the rainbow bridge concept first originated, a poem written in the mid 80s). i feel that our pets do not have to wait for us at a special place, they go strait to "heaven" / "summerland" and then when our time comes they come to the gate to meet us. there is no need for them to wait for paradise, they will know when it is our time <3
