  • You need to eat ! If you eat the right foods you will not get fat. The ONLY way to get six pack abs is to lose the fat that is hiding them. Even without exercise you will have a six pack if you eat the right diet. We all have those muscles but they are often obscured by a layer of fat, exercising those mucles will improve the appearance even more and is good for your back and stability.

  • This guy is a genius!

Altough I still have two questions!

    1. Isn't it harmful to lose the fat behind you're muscles?

    2. I am trying to lose my belly ( which is not that big at the moment ), how do I start up a diet? I almost don't eat anymore...

    The Best!

  • Real talk

  • 2 questions:

    1. So, if seeing a visible 6 pack is to lose body fat, then what's the point of ab exercises?

    2. Once you get 6 pack abs after losing your body fat, how will you gain muscle? It is said you have to eat a lot, which can add a little bit of fat. Am I just going to have to quit the muscle gaining process, lose the fat again, then gain more muscle and the cycle will just continue?

This is my biggest misunderstanding :/

    Please reply, thanks.

  • @ProjectIdiot Ab exercises are mostly for strength, building an overall strong core and I guess can help in appearance somewhat but you'll never see your abs unless you get rid of the fat around it. Doing a muscle building process will get you a little fat and then having to cycle on a fat loss process like you said but if you decide you want to build even more muscle then you will have to cycle from the 2 over and over.

  • @ProjectIdiot Although if you do decide to stay the same weight then just find your maintenance calorie intake and you won't lose or gain weight.

  • You're going to be a god to the bodybuilding community soon. Straight to the facts, touching on the core fundamentals. Keep it up!

  • thats completely T-R-U-E

I work then out like crazy and my body fat percentage is between 7 and 9 % body fat idk the scale gives mix readings. my skin has lost its elasticity and sags what do you rekomend

  • basically, wot hes saying is: stop drinking beer!

A beer belly hides the ab' muscles.

I know guys who can lift 120lb bench, 30lb dumbbell and do a 100 pressups but dont have a 6 pack cos' they like beer too much!

  • @IANC4EVER 120 POUNDS BENCH AND 30 POUND CURLS IS SOME WEAK ASS STUFF MAN.

  • This guy is the best out there when it comes to building muscle and losing fat, trust him.

  • Where is the demonstration? some people like to talk too much about themselves on Youtube.

  • i guess its true what he is saying. but pretty discouraging...

  • Well how about those Visceral fat levels? Isn't it impossible to "Burn" visceral fat levels without the help and assistance of thermogenics?

  • i guess he knows what hes talking about..probably hes a good talker but look at hes own body he cant even implie what hes saying..hes a bulk guy without muscle cuts i cant even wonder if he really has a six pack or just a bunch of talks..

  • @brentsexy08 he does have six pack and muscle, infact i encourage you to go to his site and read his story and see how he builded his body from skinny to muscular

  • Your videos are excellent. Its a breath of fresh air to see someone that actually offers real information. There is so much misinformation available on the web by people who don't know what they are talking about. Please keep posting these informative videos.

  • What is your background? You are very knowledgeable and intelligent. Great musculature as well. You are one of the few people out here that I seem to trust. Thanks.

  • Im a wrestler and cut my weight down to 128-130 this year, i'm 5'10 and a half and pretty muscular. Even at my lowest weight you could barley see my ab's. so even ab workouts and weight loss barley made my abs show, what else could i do to make them show?

  • this guy is smart as hell

  • so, someone tell me exactly what types of food i should be eating, chicken, fish, what? please help, i just turned 17 if that helps

  • i don't eat rice on my diet it really works

  • Eye opening! Thanks Sean!

  • someone answer dis, my stupid ass cousin says "uh i can get abs, im not fat, and if i was i can still get abs" he is actually kinda fat he has love handles and ive been tellin him a thousand times dat to get abs u gotta lose body weight, and dat when u contract ur ab muscles, dat never loses weight for him, ive been tellin him dat for a long time and he wont believe me so answer dis peoples, WHOS RIGHT?? ME OR HIM??

  • this guy knows his stuff! great vid 5 stars!

  • i love this dude.... i just love him ... pure truth... no bullshit!

  • Of all the video's I have watched, this is basic and simple and it sounds very legit.

I have been training as an athlete for years and ever since my back blew, I just gained weight.

Now after watching this, I have changed my rugby specific program into a weight loss muscle gain program, but diet is still the same.

    Thanks Sean, props to you.

I subscribed so i can keep posted, learn, and hopefully use your tips to help answer some people's question in the gym!

  • dude you have changed my life, ive dropped 110 pounds from me and stay at a constant 220 while i make massive strength training gains, i deadlift 410 pounds and im only 17

  • hey nalewany i just came across your vids but im already hooked i subbed for sure and ur advice seems super legit. keep em comin man.

  • AMEN DUDE... people listen to this dude!

  • Thank god your around :)

  • smart guy

  • this guys uses a lot of vocabulary..

  • @erock343 an awesome vocabulary combined with 1080p resolution makes this video shine

  • how do you gain weight and lose fat?

  • @nightfire4107 muscle weighs more than fat so when you build alot of muscle you will gain more weight. So lose the fat and gain the muscle.

  • Comment removed

  • is that a real question? u lift weights and burn more calories than you consume

  • Comment removed

  • losing fat doesnt have anything to do with losing muscle, as long as you have a high enough protein intake and you are lifting weights you will be fine regardless of how many pounds you lose

  • @tuberofyou1 THANX!!!!!! :)

  • thanks for the tips your videos seem to be pretty right on that info on spot reduction was a eye opener for myself hope more videos are in store

  • great vids

  • this is exactly what Paul Check said in another video. He says that spot reducing is a myth, because the areas where people gain and store fat is genetically determined.

  • when loosing weight , there is still a need for weight lifting right ... should i still do the 5-7reps of 1~2 sets once a week , like when in building muscle? ...

  • Absolutely. You can up the reps abit but you dont have too. Most pros now keep reps low up to only a couple of weeks out of a show (6-10 reps) which they think is to keep that full muscle. So do a couple of heavy sets then a couple of lighter ones. Up cardio and adjust diet and you are good to go. Just remember that you might not be as strong when you get ripped so mix it up

  • totaly true

  • @ConorHelbert scoopy said the same about the fatloss and its relation to achieving great abs must make cardio exercise like running or cycling

  • this guys a pro

  • how can i find them? i live in greece so i have no idea... i found only tech-hardcore and metr-x but they are not good... anyone who knows please feel free to respond...

  • honestly man i have watched like a 1000 videos in utube about fitness and weights etc etc... ur videos are small and what everyone needs to know... no extra useless advice or exercises... honestly i admire ur knowledge... i hope to see more videos from u. i have been going to gym for 6 months now and for the last 2 weeks i follow exactly what u say in ur videos and i have seen tremendous differance! i would also like to ask u or someone who knows about the supplements in one of ur videos.

  • so i have no fat on my stomach already so... do i do situps and running to increase my defintion?

  • great video dude! keep on the good work! respect

  • what should those small meals every 2-3 hrs contain, like what types of foods?

  • i have one question Sean.

The video said that in order to get those 6 pack abs.. it is necessary to remove the fat.

Then what about skinny people? ones who have absolutely no fat. (almost i mean :D) . why aren't their 6 packs seen?

  • abdominals are muscles too, usually "skinny" people have small muscles. so despite the low body fat % there's the potential the muscles are too small to be seen. abdominals have to be treated like every other muscle, if you want them bigger or to be seen, you must train them with intensity.

  • k that totally made sense!..hm!

  • there not big enough, there weedy.

  • Sean you are Brilliant!!!!! The truth will always stand...!!!!! Your explanation is precise.

  • Yes. Sean's program is excellent.

  • I like the way that was explained, and it makes perfectly good sense. Thanks.

  • The instructors in my gym often like to say that 6 packs are made in the kitchen.......very true, I think.

  • At last - some common sense on fat loss and spot reduction.....great video.

  • nice video..actually learned alot..youtube is heaven i thank god for this creation haha..next search engine now how to jump higher so i can finally dunk on them niggers always hanging on the rim showing off to those nice black booty chicks haha..searching..........how to jump higher.

  • I know a lot of people didnt want to hear that....but the truth hurts.........good job, keep it up sean!

  • Well put. I dont think many people can break it down like you did and get the message accross effectively. Thx for your effort. I look forward to your series.

  • Love it! I believe the spot training myth.

    Thanks man!

  • The true of fitness is here. I'm glad that I can learn from Sean

  • hey a singapore supporter here=D

i got v unreactive traps..been doing loads shrugs n stuff but it seems to not be working..any advice please?

  • finally a singaporean =D

i thought i was the only one =.=

  • hi man=D

  • Try clean pulls. These are basically a deadlift with a forceful and fast shrug at the top of the movement. The fast bar speed will aid in your development. Also learn the full versions of the clean and snatch if there is an experienced weightlifting coach in your area.

Look at the traps of any world class weightlifter and you will see what the snatch and clean are good for.

  • It's true, I've only ever been a subscriber to Seans emails and everything he explains not only makes sense but it's FACT.

I'd suggest for anyone out there who wants to achieve goals naturally to listen...even if you ARE on the gear listen cause it all applies for best results.

I just wanna say thanks for putting this out there Sean people need a guide and your a great teacher.

  • uhh... dont mind me asking but ?

Is there like any supplement or workouts that can help to increase fat for the face....

i know its kind of a wierd question.. =.=

    Do help me out

  • simply great

  • Very informative stuff!
