  • makes me miss dancing so much <3

  • I love how Riverdance's principal male is STILL miming Flatley's original tap track lmao

  • Nice performance :) but.... .... the leader isn't the protagonist from GTA III ?

  • Thats my uncle on the Low Whistle . Declan you are a musical legend . Can Never be matched.

  • God, never to compare this one to the show in Dublin on 1994.

Where is the speed? the hapiness on thier faces? all gone..

But most and important, where the hell is Micheal Flatly?! Long gone to "Lord of the dance" I suppose..

But really, that solo in the middle of the show, that was horrible.Who is that head dancer? No charisma, not a nearing talent to Flatly.

Seriously, we want old Riverdance BACK.

  • 3:00 on XD

  • i really do feel sorry for the one dislike person,he orshe must have no soul at all .i rate reel around the sun as the best act in riverdance.i have seen the show several times and this act gives me goose bumps every time

  • Riverdance is in Dublin Ireland every summer for like 60 shows running over 2 months time

  • much prefer colin dunne or michael flatley over this guy....

  • I love this recorded version! Ever since I saw it live (during their Farewell Tour) I've been looking for those performances that best capture those magic moments when I saw it for the first (and only) time. I hope they reconcider what they're doing, or someone else steps up and revives it soon!

  • @missbeatrix1 They actually haven't stopped touring or dancing, and I dare say they probably never will, considering how immensely popular it is around the world. :) The Farewell Tour was a goodbye to America, since they are now touring in countries that have not been toured by Riverdance; thus they give people from other parts of the world a chance to see the show. I am quite sure they will be back in a few years. If you'd like to keep up with them you can find them on Twitter.

  • 0_0 They are GOOD! I need to stop comparing myself to professional dancers or I'll keep feeling terrible about my own dancing.

They are truely amazing and perfectly in time with one another.

  • very good performance, but why do they look so stiff?

  • Proper Irish Dancing. They are doing it exactly right. Seriously. I very much admire them.

  • @mlerox2010 There is quite a bit of symbolism in this type of dance. Here's a little bit of the story of it: "As with most explanations for wacky Irish behavior, the prevalent theories blame it on the English. They tried to stifle Irish culture, prohibiting dancing. In order to get around the ban without getting caught while practicing in their homes or among the hedges, the dancers would keep their arms down in case any soldiers should wander by and see them bouncing about."

  • That's discipline - that's how it should be done

  • @mlerox2010 Thats part of Reel Around the Sun, I have seen this over 20 times and usually in the front or first or second row, and let me tell you when they come out they are so uptight and stiff :)
