@PeterCronin08 It's a animation from the Season 3 Warlock helm. Obviously just happens every now and then, and only if you have "show helm" turned on. I'm not certain, but it's possible you get the same wings from wearing the tier 6 helm too.

Compare the WOTLK sets to the TBC (s2 of rogue,priest and s3 of lock for example)
