Bass is not easier. Doing things that are "easy" on guitar are ten times harder on bass. Things like tap, hammer on, and pull off are pretty dificult. Things like sweeping are virtually impossible without years of experience under your belt

ok, bass is not easier at all, its easier to keep a groove a SLOW groove, but start writing runs, fills, and such and it gets harder tahn guitar, because the strings are twice as thick and we usualy use our fingers more than picks (some ppl) i want to see a guitarist play somethign like crazy train or such on a bass with their fingers, its not as easy as it looks sooo less strigns does NOT = easier at all

this may sound dumb but the bass is equivlent the the regular guitar (i dont play bass but lead guitar...) equvlent by such low notes can be met by higher notes..so the bass is playing the tone of the lead... nice cover btw!
