I'm a teenager and I think OPM like this should be more known. When I talk to my classmates about Filipino music, both new and old, they rarely relate. It's sad that they're missing out. :(
During the 70s they call it MANILA SOUND until Danny Javier thought of the term OPM (Original Pilipino Music). We put it in our records and it caught on with everybody.
