Whoever did his English voice is actually pretty good. Most of the English voices SUCK. I will go OUT OF MY WAY, to stop a Gaara English dub from hitting my ears. He sounds like a pedophile. Also, they mute a lot of the teenage parts of it. Smoking and cursing are totally out. Even in the VIZ sub it gets ruined a lot. One time Suigetsu called Karin, "Orochimaru's Bitch" and it was 'Englished-up' into "Orochimaru's servant".
