Jesus existed, the Roman Empire's downfall period proved greatly influenced by him. There is no confirmation that evidence proves or disproves evolution or creationism; Evolution is not science. Science can be proven and retested and is known for truth; evolution is as much as a religion as Hinduism or Buddhism or Christianity because it explains the origins of human life. Evolution does not indicate that humans are descended from monkeys. However, all primates do share a common ancestor, as to all living things.

A scientific theory is, quite simply, as good as it gets because it is base in established fact that can include mathematical proofs, scientific laws, etc.

Most remarkable thing about the Scopes trial is that the world's media remain fooled by it. Books such as "The End of Darwinism" have reported in detail that Scopes never taught evolution and the trial was a publicity stunt organized by local businessmen. As for the anti-evoluton law, it was passed because a leading geneticist of the day, Wm. Bateson, said that Darwin's natural selection theory was plausible in outline but not well supported by evidence.

No, but a theory is something that can be tested and proven and evolution has been proven true with every test. For example, bacteria evolve (by changing their genes) every 20 minutes. You know what can't be proven or tested? The Bible.

@mordinvan If days 1-5 were before man, then how did they know what was created those days. To me i think creationism is right in a small way. First day, the earth, 2nd day the ocean and atmosphere, 3rd day land, 4th day moon (sun and stars too but screw that because there was light before they were created) 5th day fish 6th day animals, and humans were created last. Now imagine 1 day is more than 250 million years becuase the bible doesn't say how long a day is. Same order as evolution sorta.

The bible contains many stories we know were stolen from other cultures, and many others we know to be completely made up.

The flood of Noah, is Babylonian and relates to a single river flooding, the books of genesis, and exodus are entirely fictional, there is no reliable historical account of 'Jesus' actually existing in the first place, and many of the 'facts' about his life very closely resemble other mythical figures which predated him.
