Chuck liddell just got over confident and cocky. He easily won round 1. His expertise is counter punching. He went in to the second round leading the attack and Evans just countered and caught him. This sport anyone can knock out anyone. Calling chuck not good is plain retarded. He is one of the best counter strikers and the best at defending the take down. Evans is a beast, and will get the belt. Anderson Silva is unstopable though.

That's generally true but some people do it and it works. Look at Tyson Griffin. He leads with the uppercut alot and does it in a way that works because he is fast enough. And Liddell has done that before. Look at Jardine/Liddell and you see he tries to time Jardines retarted ape-like movements and a couple times leads with an uppercut that would have knocked his head off if he hit.
