Ther was new phoenix lights on 11.27.11 I captured it on camera chack out my uploads. Also there is someone in my favorites who captured the same lights on the same date and time.

This Phoenix "sighting" has always cracked me up. I lived in Killeen, Texas, back in the mid 70s, and we'd see lights like this four or five times a month. It was the Military Intelligence aviation unit at Fort Hood practicing dropping magnesium parachute flares from Mohawk aircraft. Had me thinking it was some kind of UFO the first time I saw it too.
These are planes. You can tell because they are coming over the foutainhills/red rock area, they will make a turn west towards sky harbor. I too thought about the Phoenix light however the phoenix light just turned on like a switch these lights you can actually see moving in one direction which is south west. Sorry, but they look cool
I'm only 13 and have been studying UFOs for about five years and I've never believed in anything the government says. When I grow up it's my dream to become a Ufologist and do things like this to prove their out there. To all of my believers out there keep watching the skies.

I so appreciate that you've actually seen something, I have seen things as well in the midwest, but there HAS to be COMPELLING and CONVINCING video because just still pictures are WAY too easy to fake. If you REALLY are seeing something get GOOD footage!
If this is a frequent occurrence - Has anyone considering they may be a similar phenomena to those lights in the desert? I can't remember what the name is - Melborn Lights or something. I think it's in New Mexico. Except these lights are on the ground and have shown up for hundreds of years.

Holy crap. that is amazing. it started out a few little lights, and what seemed to be a triangle and then turned into friggin orions belt plus one - it was gnarly. I would feel the same way - there have to be others that are seeing this! You should connect them if/when you find them. If you do frame-by-frame with them-it is SO obvious. Good video....!

I was down there in August and we saw a formation of about 5 orange lights hovering in the sky for over an hour. Flares burn out and move down within that time. It was bizarre to say the least.

they look like lights on somekind of flying object/machine, but hard to tell since its more like orbs of light, and looked like it was intellegently controlled. The thing that makes me think its man made is that it was shot out from the ground, although I'm sure there are no millitary bases around here. (it appeared behind the apartment building all of the sudden so I was surprised) It was shotout just as I went out the door, and they all headed in one direction (it was spread apart at first, but they eventually went to same direction). It was somewhat slow, but fast, it was about 3-4 min before they dissappeared.

When I went outside of my apartment about 7-8pm, 20-25 small orbs/(light orange in color, no blinking lights) just shot out from the ground below.

I remember that the last 2 times they appeared - at least 10,000 people saw them, correct? I am the first to "want to believe", however this camera is stationary... but DO keep looking. Something is indeed flying over Phoenix these decades. That mystery missile launch off the west coast is what really got me jumpy.

sheila, i tried to examine/test the pics from photobucket but they are too low resolution -obviously they come from street cam!- but at least i was able to detect that there are more 'invisible' objects in the dark sky/at night - by increasing light and inverting the pics you will be able to see them. hope this help.
I saw these same lights on the 5th as well as the evening of Nov 7th. You're not the only one :) Exciting stuff, yet frustrating that we don't know what this phenomenon really is.

@Phxufoclub oo hello there :) Yes I would like that. nobody saw these lights? they were there on the 3rd, 4th and 5th. I missed the night of the 4th but another person was watching the webcams and they did return that night, i'll be posting a follow up to these two vids some time soon.
Our club scans the skies here in Phoenix/Mesa/Tempe for any anomalies, however all we have seen lately is normal air traffic into Sky Harbor. The webcam being used unfortunately catches a lot of their incoming planes. Most of our activity is on the WEST side of Phoenix/Glendale. Weird stuff out that way for sure.
I am a BIG believer in UFOs however this video gives no reason to think it is anything other than a FAKE. Here's why:
1. It's clearly been edited, the zoom in only proves that. It would be a simple matter to create a video like this in any editing program using basically just a handful of real webcam still images
2. There is no date/time stamp
Sorry this smells very fishy to me as much as I would like to believe otherwise.

I'll have to say that's amazing correlation to the well known Phoenix lights. And as you can plainly see in the video of the still pictures, they don't appear to be planes that was flying around. Very interesting capture. I need to look at those pictures in your photo-bucket.
Wow. I saw these same exact lights over downtown manhattan on holloween night while I was crossing the williamsburg bridge. Later that night I saw 3 bright lights forming a triangle hovering over the BQE... And then I saw another 5 of these bright BRIGHT lights. They're not planes because while I was seeing these lights I also saw a few planes with red and green blinkers. These definately aren't planes.
These are obviously commercial jets. I have also been monitoring the webcam and nothing abnormal. Commando602's video from earlier this week is really interesting though. Unexplainable.

This is authentic my family and surrounding neighbors all witnessed the same event in the skies above Phoenix. These lights proceeded to pass over us and they didnt sound like any conventional aircraft, they emitted a buzzing or humming noise. I've lived in Phoenix my whole life with L.A.B to the West and Sky Harbor to the East I can cofidently say that these aircraft or ufo didnt come from either. Curiousity got the best of me thought it was us just seeing stuff but thanks Sheila!

I was down there in August and we saw a formation of about 5 orange lights hovering in the sky for over an hour. Flares burn out and move down within that time. It was bizarre to say the least.

PLANES DUDE. ya it kinda looks "spooky" when planes line up in a row all jostling into position to turn for their descent into the airport, I thought to myself... wow .. kinda looks like UFO's, I bet someone will post about this on you tube.. lol.
Depth perception plays a part too. once you look harder you will see planes further and nearer in relation to each other although it appears lights are all lined up perfectly in a row. Sorry bud. PLANES.

Look at my videos i uploaded wanna say nov10th but night of nov 9th thursday i watched from 742 pm driving home from work avndl blvd and buckeye too 99th ave and broadway. Lights in almost A c form 5 later a 6th appeared others too prove my brothers video. It was soo cool too see something unexplainable and totally different to sky harbors flight paths. Notjing like it seen since.

they look like lights on somekind of flying object/machine, but hard to tell since its more like orbs of light, and looked like it was intellegently controlled. The thing that makes me think its man made is that it was shot out from the ground, although I'm sure there are no millitary bases around here. I can't identify it and few ppl saw it but unsure of what it is exactly. I was hoping you might know what it is. Thanks for your time!

(it appeared behind the apartment building all of the sudden so I was surprised) It was shotout just as I went out the door, and they all headed in one direction (it was spread apart at first, but they eventually went to same direction). It was somewhat slow, but fast, it was about 3-4 min before they dissappeared.

Hi Sheila, I saw something odd last night and thought you could recognize if it was a genuine UFO or some known man made. (I dont have a video or photo of it unfortunately)
When I went outside of my apartment about 7-8pm, 20-25 small orbs/(light orange in color, no blinking lights) just shot out from the ground below.

I remember that the last 2 times they appeared - at least 10,000 people saw them, correct? I am the first to "want to believe", however this camera is stationary... but DO keep looking. Something is indeed flying over Phoenix these decades. That mystery missile launch off the west coast is what really got me jumpy.

sheila, i tried to examine/test the pics from photobucket but they are too low resolution -obviously they come from street cam!- but at least i was able to detect that there are more 'invisible' objects in the dark sky/at night - by increasing light and inverting the pics you will be able to see them. hope this help.

Our club scans the skies here in Phoenix/Mesa/Tempe for any anomalies, however all we have seen lately is normal air traffic into Sky Harbor. The webcam being used unfortunately catches a lot of their incoming planes. Most of our activity is on the WEST side of Phoenix/Glendale. Weird stuff out that way for sure.

I am a BIG believer in UFOs however this video gives no reason to think it is anything other than a FAKE. Here's why:
1. It's clearly been edited, the zoom in only proves that. It would be a simple matter to create a video like this in any editing program using basically just a handful of real webcam still images
2. There is no date/time stamp
Sorry this smells very fishy to me as much as I would like to believe otherwise.

@MortieTheDoomed Well what you see is what was on the webcam, the images aren't altered but whatever is easiest for you. Yeah the whole camera has a sort of orangeish tinge to it as do the lights- city or otherwise. nothing i can do about that.

I'll have to say that's amazing correlation to the well known Phoenix lights. And as you can plainly see in the video of the still pictures, they don't appear to be planes that was flying around. Very interesting capture. I need to look at those pictures in your photo-bucket.

Wow. I saw these same exact lights over downtown manhattan on holloween night while I was crossing the williamsburg bridge. Later that night I saw 3 bright lights forming a triangle hovering over the BQE... And then I saw another 5 of these bright BRIGHT lights. They're not planes because while I was seeing these lights I also saw a few planes with red and green blinkers. These definately aren't planes.

@TheBluntedKid ever check the website to see what you are talking about? it is not a time lapse webcam though THEY DO HAVE time lapse videos. I had my program set up to take one image every 2 seconds, of course it wasn't completely accurate and make up to 5 seconds in between each shot thanks :)

This is authentic my family and surrounding neighbors all witnessed the same event in the skies above Phoenix. These lights proceeded to pass over us and they didnt sound like any conventional aircraft, they emitted a buzzing or humming noise. I've lived in Phoenix my whole life with L.A.B to the West and Sky Harbor to the East I can cofidently say that these aircraft or ufo didnt come from either. Curiousity got the best of me thought it was us just seeing stuff but thanks Sheila!
