i have pretty much the same things but i would say maby add to the first aid part of the kit, Maybe like Lignocain/Local Anaesthetic,With an clean sterile insulin shot needle. Doxycycline, Amoxycillin, or Cyprofloxacin for an an Antibiotic with an minor surgery kit with sutures.. just my two cents for whatever its worth and maby an Naproxen for pain relief
Nice load out, light effective comfortable and basic. Survival depend on one's skill set not gear. Keep it simple people and invest your time wisely in training. Aside from water and food the gear is there to assist you after you have acquired the basic's !!!!
BTW, my dad removed his own melanoma- and just a few days ago he stitched himself up. He was in Special Operations, so he's tough as nails. No aenesthesia :(
