@entyce66 every1 started from somewhere... if you can not do a pullup... hang on the bar for as long as you can... when you can do 1 pullup, hold it at the top... or practice jumping up and holding as high as you can on the bar, for as long as you can... you should check the muscles a pullup works out and work those muscle groups... working out in general is great for you... you dont need be a 'bar-zilla'... but you will know when you can be one
@entyce66 start with calisthenics. Pushups, pullups, dips, etc. you wont be able to do much at first but if you go hard and be persistant you will be amazed by your gains.

Healthy lean and fresh food. a lot of green vegetables. Fruits seeds and nuts. And learn to love the pain. Set goals and do different reps evry day. And an easy to acces pull up bar in your house so you can do a lot off small sets to build up endurance. Use some exstra weight after a while drop the weight and do longer detailed reps.

Just like doing plange push up... much harder than a regular push up. There are many exercises like this that will build the body, but first you must have a certain level of strength. If you don't, you cannot imagine doing harder exercises. Try having your bench press champ do a plange push-up or handstand push-up! Ha!

Yooo, Great video! I have a question. Im about 265lbs. I can handle my body weight but not as well as I'd like too yet. Im still working on doing more reps of pull ups push ups dips and what not, but my abs is what I need to start working on. Could you lead me into the way of having good abs? former bodybuilder, his on riods gentlemen. Attaining a physique like that is impossible without roids. Protein shakes are not necessary However diet is iessential.

Lol, do you know how stupid you sound, a physique like that is easily possible without steroids, look at College Football players and NFL players. That's not even a physique, he's just low body fat, lotta muscle, you can find that everywhere.
