Sometimes that new B3 sounds a bit too blended and linear. You just can't beat the real deal. I understand though. They had to try, and they will try again. I'm not putting down the new B3 because on so many recordings it sounds phenomenal. I just wonder why nobody is looking at the potential of marrying the mechanical, or electromechanical world of established tone wheel technology, with all of it's impossible to duplicate phenomena, with high tech manufacturing processes & digital controllers.
