  • Nice song and voices, but why was the vocal vibration electronically controlled? I think that didn't work very well for her and for the song.

  • This is my stress song... Somehow it lets my brain function at 4am when I have an assessment due the next day. Why doesn't youtube have a repeat button?

  • why can't I find this one in the DVD, as well as a lot of the others

  • @ddthienvuong This song is the 15th one on the original DVD "Celtic Woman (Live at the Helix)", and is the 7th track on the CD of the same name.

  • There is no way to describe these voices and the sounds they create. It is heavenly and tells a story through their voice. No 'pop' singer could hope to achieve what these women do so well.

  • I wish that I could sing like her.

  • This makes me even prouder of my Celtic blood. I will return to my family's homeland someday, I vow it.

  • @DemonKingNecros, I hope you get to feel an Irish welcome someday , and hear someone say to you, "Cead Mile Failte ort", (A hundred thousand welcomes to you)

  • @tapdancer1 A many thanks to you my friend, and I hope I get good fortune of meeting you one day.

  • Pure, clear, gentle and heaven sent- both the woman and her voice. THIS is God given talent like no other.

  • lisa is stunning, and very beautiful...if only i had the voice she does!!!

  • I am almost 21 and a Tenor. I love classical and such. I was wondering though. Is this song monogender? Would it maybe sound good if male Tenor maybe like myself was to sing it? I think it sounds decent when I do. But want other peoples opinion whether it would sound good or not by a male?

  • @GraveRevnik I think it would sounds great with a very good tenor to sing it!

  • The best picture of greatness and most beautiful song I have ever heard. It transports me to another place and leaves me there. So simple and elegant, where the heart desires to live.

    SPEAKS TO ME.

    **********

  • David Downes is a genius.

  • May I just say I'm a 20 year old male in the US Navy and I can honestly say that my life would not be complete without listening to the these amazingly pure voices.

  • @Verify091 May I just say that I am proud of you, and thank you for your service, and for your love of Celtic Woman. :-)

  • @Verify091 Forgive the random reply, but, I wish to thank you for your service :) I appreciate all of our men and women serving in the armed forces and you all, no matter what branch, are in my prayers, God bless you and your family!

  • @Verify091 You are not alone buddy......

  • @Verify091 They can be very peaceful in time of war.

  • this song is so amazing. no singer could have made you feel so much in this song other than the incredible Lisa Kelly.

(i love the little breath intake at 3:55 that she does. idk why but i think it's cute)

  • I just love this song!

  • WUNDERSCHÖN, zum Träumen :-)

  • This song really speaks to me.

  • 16 people were born deaf.

  • @ss3450 and u are one of the idiots that try to get liked with .... people were/are ......

  • @ss3450 and blind

  • @ss3450 Or maybe they hit the wrong button by accident. It happens.

  • this is such a heart felt and warm song that only lisa could sing so beautiful.

  • is this the performance when celtic woman began??????

    can anyone tell me?

  • @iam2sweet29....This performance is from the first live performance of Celtic Woman as a group. It took place at the Helix Centre in Dublin, Ireland in 2004. This was supposed to be Celtic Womans one and only live performance, but after the U.S. tour that followed this....Well over 300 live shows and 4 DVD's, later they are still going strong...

  • Is Lisa's the most beautiful voice ever? I believe so.

  • wenn es Engel gibt dann sind Sie hier..

  • i'am looking forward to 4:oo- o'clock saturday morning to watch this wonderful singer sing her songs .

  • this is like my story it'sjust like it

  • I see that 16 people are having serious problems..

  • In memory of my son who always had a song. 9/3/1968-10/27/1999

  • @snowballinhell i wish you allways the best. May the lord lights your way. Dont forget the snow allways comes back.

  • @veribusunitis

Thank you for your kindness. I will remember about the snow. BTW, snowball is a dumb name ...... I wish I could change it!!! Never thought when I signed up I would enjoy YouTube so much!!

  • BTW it's one of her own songs, she wrote it i thought with the piano-guy. she was very happy she could sing it in the show, and it will be on her album as well

  • 16 people pushed the wrong button. Sillies!

  • If I were still a young man I sure as hell would want a beautiful classy woman like this singing to me rather that Lady Gaga, Katy Perry, etc..

  • Sweet

  • She is the most beautiful girl I've ever seen. . . the only thing that is more beautiful than her is her VOICE .. . I Love Celtic Woman !! .. and specially this song. . is. . . . . . well , no words. .

  • I am 18 years old and everytime I head the Celtic Woman sing, I get goosebumps! I would rather listen to the Celtic Woman than any other genre. I am a Christian and a horseback rider, but would stop listening to country music if it meant I could listen to them all day! They are truly amazing!

  • 16 people are crazy.

  • My audition song for Disney

  • to theclowcard I think it is wonderful that you are so young and listen to this beautiful music.it really makes me feel good to know young people enjoy this music to.

  • Celtic Woman is amazing! Lisa is my favorite and she sings this song amazingly!

  • LOVE this song. Lisa sings it with so much meaning.

  • i'm a metalhead and i like stuff like soilwork and dark tranquillity, BUT when i hear this song i feel like i am dreaming... the song is so beautiful and lisa's voice has such a strong presence... it's magnificent. i mean, how can someone dislike it ? i can listen to this song a thousand times and it never ever gets boring !

  • It's the sound of love, peace and happiness; it touches the heart. :)

  • Teenager from Australia. I adore these women. Their voices resemble that of angels. Amazing. Fantastic. Brilliant. End of story :)

  • Leslie, I lost you to a sickness many years ago. This song reminds me of you so much. I will love you allways.

  • The nights will be long when I'm not in your arms...

I love you, Andrew. I know, it does suck that we're not near, but all things happen for a reason. Don't look back, remember how I love you, and when you come back to me I will again run into your arms and give you my love. All this time you are away, I will be faithful to you and continue to wait for you to return. Again, I love you. I love you forever. Send me a song, my dearest. <3

  • I'm writing a fanfiction about Eowyn from lord of the rings (for anyone who's familiar with that) and i listened to this song over and over while i wrote the part where her mother dies. i think it turned out really well thanks to this

it's such a beautiful song that it makes me want to cry!

  • I hate the fact that so many teenagers around my age hate this kind of music. Today it's not considered 'cool' if there's no beat or offensive lyrics.

Also, i'm a metalhead by nature, and i love this kind of music. Call me strange but i'm not alone... ^^

  • @MKwarrior666 I can't stand the metal or any of the music that has lots of noise and offensive lyrics. I listen to Celtc Woman only. I'd say that you're just you, nothing strange about that.

  • does anyone know what concert this was? love it!

  • @Ravengirl241 This was from the initial PBS special "Celtic Woman." The thing that was -supposed- to be a one night deal, and has turned into years of tours, albums, and concerts. :)

  • @Ravengirl241....This is from Celtic Womans first performance at the Helix Centre in Dublin in 2004. This was supposed to be a one night performance followed by a U.S. tour....but here we are 6 years, 3 DVDs, and 6 U.S. tours later and we are still going strong...

  • justin connolly idk how to spell it this song is for u and hector and adonis....i miss u guys!

  • This song makes me sad. It's just incredibly beautiful...

  • the girls are very good and they have great voices :-)

  • i agree, this is beautiful and everytime i hear them sing it makes me want to cry. its wonderful and i have to say hard to discribe. their voices are like angels

  • Sorry to hear that. :(

  • well lisa you did it again another enchatly beautiful song that only you can sing so wonderful.

  • heard this the day after I said goodbye to my precious grandson who had to be adopted outside our family....3 yrs. ago....still heartbroken.....this song still makes me weep.

  • I just love this song so much!

  • mom... send me ur song

  • i love celtic woman! the first time i heard something by them they were on tv, and i thought "wow that sounds like an angel" yea i was 11 or something back then :] but really, God has blessed them with such beautiful voices and these songs are profound.

  • ...never ending goosebumps...

  • PS. I should mention that I am a guy (23 years old).

This group of women have given me so much hope and passion in my life. After a decade of being in the hospital my heart still soars each and every time I hear their voices.

Alright got to stop crying now...

  • @VaultingFrog i agree with you these women are amazing. they bring your spirits up and give you such a pump of energy. they bring tears to my eyes.

  • @VaultingFrog Good for you, God Bless...and I agree wholeheartedly They are a beutifully amazing group.

  • @VaultingFrog I'm so glad that you feel the same way in the same age.....so many times, many people make me feel that only older people would love the Celtic Women and Hayley!

  • @VaultingFrog Hey, I'm a guy too and I'm 19. I have fallen in love with Celtic Woman since they came out in 2004; they are so beautiful and amazing. Such a shame most teens and other young adults listen to today's horrible mainstream music.

  • @xxscaryspicexx...Yes it seems that people today only want instant gratification. They don't take the time to produce quality music. They are only interested in how much money they can make...Fortunately there are groups like Celtic Woman who remind us of what good music should be like...It's fans like you that keep us going...

  • @xxscaryspicexx I've been a fan for over 2 years :P

I introduced it to my family, and they love them too. So now my sisters, and my mom we formed a singing group. :)

  • I weep every time I hear this. It is just that beautiful. It is the first song I ever danced to and the only one I think of when it comes to dancing.

The world just slows down to a crawl and everything shines and is all the more beautiful when listening to this.

Thank you Lisa for singing this piece. It is stunning, as all of your work is.
