This remedy has, does, and will work! If one stays on this point, "nature and cause of action", they will ALWAYS get their remedy.
If one is convinced to give up this position, as many are because of lack of knowledge, they will become a "loser" like many others who are talked out of their rights.
The reason why this is so powerful is because this is how one exercises "judicial power"!
