It wasn't one day's notice -- she only had one hour to go around in a pickup truck and hand out fliers to people. I'm sure her fanclub knew way beforehand, but the show used to work like that. Well, earlier that day that she cried, she had to go around Seoul (I think, im pretty sure) and get a certain number to show up to the concert (I think around 2,000) and if she didn't get that much then there would be no concert and it ended up almost being 13,000. That meaning that everyone heard about it and they showed up to support her, and that was only around Seoul.

It's not offending BoA at all. I may be her fan, but I don't defend everything she does or might do. The fact that OVER 12k people show up for her an announced is VERY touching. Anyone in that position would've burst into tears. To know that that many people care for you? How is that overdoing it, imagine if you were there. You were standing there, not knowing if you were recognized as an artist. Thoughts going through your head, "would anyone show up at all?" It's overwhelming. You make it sound like BoA or anyone shouldn't be happy and as long as there are other unfortunates.

Well, earlier that day that she cried, she had to go around Seoul (I think, im pretty sure) and get a certain number to show up to the concert (I think around 2,000) and if she didn't get that much then there would be no concert and it ended up almost being 13,000. That meaning that everyone heard about it and they showed up to support her, and that was only around Seoul.

It's not offending BoA at all. I may be her fan, but I don't defend everything she does or might do. OF course she's better off, she has money and fame, but she definitely does not have everything. she worked HARD to get where she is, she sacrificed many things, like her childhood to get where she is. She was TOUCHED by her fans. The concert was not announced, she had to go out on the street and get people to come. If 5000 don't show up, no concerts.

The fact that OVER 12k people show up for her an announced is VERY touching. Anyone in that position would've burst into tears. To know that that many people care for you? How is that overdoing it, imagine if you were there. You were standing there, not knowing if you were recognized as an artist. Thoughts going through your head, "would anyone show up at all?" It's overwhelming. You make it sound like BoA or anyone shouldn't be happy and as long as there are other unfortunates.

That was beautiful. You did a great job in producing this video. It helped remind me that celebrities/pop stars are humans, too. Earlier today when I found out about SNSD, I was like, "Those girls are so lucky," but after I watched this video, I realize that it's not just luck that got them there, but hard work. I admire BoA more now. Good job!!!
