No hay cosa mas bella que sentir paz y al mismo tiempo inesplicablemente sentis que el corazon te duele de la paz interna que esta pieza te hace sentier. Solo Dios sabe porque Mozart vivio tan poco.
I have no idea to this day what those two Italian ladies were singing about. Truth is, I don't wanna know. Some things are best left unsaid. I like to think it was something so beautiful it can't be expressed in words, and makes your heart ache because of it. It tell you, those voiced soared higher and farther than a person in a gray place dares to dream. It was like some beautiful bird flapped into our drab little cage, and every last prisoner in Shawshank felt free.
How could anyone dislike something that transcends description of words, emotion not to mention all that it evokes within your soul- all goodness. It reminds me of my times in Italy visiting my family and seeing what Mozart saw beautiful sun, people and culture thousands of years old. Too be free fromt he chains of sadness, from slavery from all the evils that humans do throughout history - this is like a pantheon of emotions which illustrate goodness and all that is worth fighting for
Beautiful. This is one of the best versions of the Sull aria duet, as beautiful as the Gundula Janowitz & Edith Mathis version on the Karl Bohm Figaro recording (used in the 1994 movie Shawshank Redemption). They could have just as well used this version from the Duets album LP in the 1970's with Renata Scotto & Mirella Freni. Here Scotto sings the Countess part & Freni Susanna, which she sang often times on stage.
I have no idea to this day what those two Italian ladies were singing about. Truth is, I don't want to know. Some things are best left unsaid. I'd like to think they were singing about something so beautiful, it can't be expressed in words, and makes your heart ache because of it. I tell you, those voices soared higher and farther than anybody in a gray place dares to dream.
@Lassannn It was like some beautiful bird flapped into our drab little cage and made those walls dissolve away, and for the briefest of moments, every last man in Shawshank felt free.
@dulCISSIMA1 not only that it's in Italian like all opera and musical notation :) not to mention the violin, the piano, and the modern guitar so you could say you are rite in more ways than one- but my above comment and this one including this one won't be popular :)

Believe it or not, by far the best version of this I have heard, in terms of quality & vocal tone of the singers......The soundtrack to The Shawshank Redemption. I bought it strictly for the piece. And no it doesn't sound like the movie record player with all the pops and scratches. Just totally clear & beautiful.

You really think niggers and spics can compose like this? You really think Whites aren't being exterminated through genocide through miscegenation and immigration? Come on.
Black music is so energetic and dynamic. There are a lot of different tastes in music. I particularly admire music in general. African music bring to me an energetic feeling I haven't found in any other music.
Whites exterminated? That's bullshit! Do you know something about genetic? You are black. No matter how white you are your ancient ancesters are african! The difference is the color of the skin and the environment where you develop your behavior. Inside we're all the same!
Who'd you learn that from? Your high-school genetics teacher? These things have no scientific basis and are just theories. Of course, you have a rather low IQ and are quick to follow the general fads and zeitgeist, so I only expect as much from sheep such as yourself.
By the way I learned to read at 2. I totally managed trigonometry at 6. I finished mi high scholl at 12. I speak 7 languages and my doctor says I'm 160 IQ. I'm not white and I'm really proud to be like that. I have many friends of different races...
And they think in the same way I do...Maybe the only reason you feel proud is to be white and that's so sad! You're no superior because of that, In fact you demonstrate your own insecurities!
