    1)　你是一個BlackBerry Internet Serivce的顧客，而且正在轉換手機．

    2) 你是一個BlackBerry Enterprise Service的顧客. 你需要聯絡你的IT manager.

    如果你是PCCWmobile 的顧客, 你可以撥 +852 2888 8778 再跟進.
