The federal reserve is a scared of Ron Paul they do not want to get audited, unfortunately they are moving must faster now, we must slow them down, no time to wait for an election, by impeaching Obama it might slow them down and there is enough evidence to have him impeach. I only hope we are not late and if we are God Bless you all.
big important stuff for cops....man come on this is huge.....so important to get on this threat to the structure of society....Ivy....lol not ...let the poor girl out and have her pay back whatever has been taken wrongly if anything....geese...next case
If it is the livelyhood to practice law that you seek, then it is you're 1st amendment right under the constitution and it is a civil liberty that cannot be substituted with a privilege and have a license issued for it with a fee (16 am juris prudence 2nd section 97). Under constitutional law any judge who would willfully deny an American citizen thier constitutional rights is to be hung by the neck until dead.
I'm not going to pass judgment on Ivy. I've yet to hear her side of the story. I've yet to hear if the state of RI have a legitimate case. I would bet that the execution of th search warrant had nothing to do with the charges against her and everything to do with the fact that she's Sam Dodson's attorney. The people who executed the warrant were expecting to find information on the computer concerning Sam's legal strategy. The state will stop at nothing to protect its power over you.
I cannot offer condemnation or support at this time. but I will offer this- Being a Liberty activist does not exempt one from bad judgment . All humans are susceptible to falling prey to unbecoming or criminal behavior.
"Harm no other", yes, but when that fails, justice follows. We are fortunate though, because as a free people, we appeal to our peers in search of the best in us all, and with their support and guidance, we will find it.
Stop funding and forging your own chains and shackles!
Freedom and Liberty will NEVER come through the legislative, executive, or judicial regimes as they are HOPELESSLY subverted by the military-industrial complex and the mobocracy looter minions.
Only one in one hundred will even listen, and then only one in two thousand will actually Go Galt and minimize their exposure to the mobocracy looter minions and their perpetual perpetration and thugism.
Welfare fraud and forged plates / tags. If the charges are true, I'm thinking perhaps the movement should distance itself from this case, rather than publicize the arrest. I wouldn't classify welfare fraud and forged license plates a legitimate act of civil disobedience (in the sense that your arrest will convey a legitimate message of change). What message does this convey? "We liberty activists are thieves and scammers"?
Anyway, innocent until proven guilty. I hope everything ends well.
First off, I am going to presume her innocent until proven guilty. But if she is guilty, this looks VERY BAD for the Liberty movement. How can we criticize the state for stealing, if one of our own is a thief? Just because the state steals from us doesn't make it right for us to steal from them. Two wrongs do not make a right. We should ALWAYS strive to take the moral high ground. The fight for liberty will partly be a PR battle, and having one of our own arrested for this is VERY BAD PR.
As to your comments in the video about whether or not it is right to steal from an authoritarian regime, I say NO. Just because they steal to get it, doesn't make it right to steal from them. We, as LIBERTY activists, should ALWAYS take the moral high ground. Stealing is ALWAYS wrong. How can we criticize the state for stealing, if we steal too? That makes us no better than the state. We should strive to always take the moral high ground. This makes ALL liberty activists look bad.
That is like saying it is wrong to take money back from a thief. The state has no money of its own to begin with. If anything they are taking back what the state took from them through the legions of taxes that were imposed on them. Federal income tax, state tax, social security, property tax, tolls, corporate tax, consumption tax, inheritance tax and so on. You couldn't possibly take enough money from welfare through fraud to recover all the money stolen from you by the government.
they are on to all of you guys. Tread carefully. I would start backing up and encrypting all files now. Tell all of the FSP/ freekeene folks to create and hide backups of all files. Encrypt all files that you use. Have at least a couple backups in other locations, even internationally. All videos should be instantly transmitted to file servers or get them off your camera's ASAP. Spread public and other stuff out fast to as many people as possible. Good luck! The Empire Strikes Back!
I give up.. what are the charges?
