  • Was at the premier at Sundance - I'm not a skater, but this movie gave me such a beautiful window into soul of a skater and what made these guys so special. All the guys were there (except Tony - previous commitment) - all were awesome...but Rodney stole the movie. He's definitely at the top of my list of the people I want to have a beer with before I die. Truly magical guy. True magical movie. Great job Stacey. Go see it!

  • @DogNamedMansell I strongly recomend you watch 'the man that souled the world" also see "stoked" mark gator bio, "Rising Sun" christian hosoi bio, and "prey for me" Jason Jessee Bio..Cheers

  • wonder if Rodney rides his snowboard switch

  • November 1988, watching all the PP videos back-to-back for the first time - the Bones Brigade Video Show, Future Primitive, Animal Chin, then Public Domain. I don't think I could have been more stoked. Urethane baby!

  • Killer, I can't wait until it comes out!!! These guy's are my hero's!!! My first skateboard was a Rodney Mullen freestyle that I got for my 8th B-day in 1985. I am 34yrs old and still freestyle skate. Thanx Bones Brigade!

  • Cant wait to see this .... Saw the original when it came out and STILL have a copy! HUGE part of my life for that time period

  • I had a Bones Powell Peralta... big heavy skate-bus :-)

  • Does anybody understand a fucking word Mullen said? lol

  • Too many memories !!

  • rodney mullen looks so old now

  • Rodney blows my mind.

  • this video is gonna be sick!!, i don't know whats up with Rodney these days though hahah

  • I hope there's a part on Rodney's meth addiction, it looks like it's becoming a problem

  • @bigpimpdaddyho hahahahaha

  • @bigpimpdaddyho I'm pretty sure that he does not have any drug problem!

  • rodney wearing a cliché beanie ! sisailli !

  • @lenfantmou I just saw it and I was like yeaaaaah europe rules !!

  • @lenfantmou : stoked right!

  • Nice Cliché beanie mate!!!!!!!!!

  • dang ... I've quit skatebaording 20 years ago.. I remember getting m first Tony Hawk deck in 1988 (with the Eagle face) the rounded nose... Of course some of friends were bragging about the Caballero's, the guerrero's; the alba's even the Hosoi's, but I sticked with Hawk's it looked cool and he was more popular back then... Well he's a legend now... I think I'm gonna grab my board this saturday call up my ol pals and go ride that pipe... Gettin old but childhood memories never fail...

  • @einc70 what'd you do, just skate for 3 years? true love never dies, only the vibers do. I wont ever quit.

  • @bongzuki dont get me wrong.. circumstances got me in a different route after high school... I first started in 86 shared boards with friends until my dad could actually get me one dec that year... We had BMX I wasnt a big fan... Started to get into skating in 1988 quit it for body boarding in 1989.. resumed in 1990 was deep into it.. watched all the Bones Brigades of the time, H-Street, World Industries, Blind videos of 1990-91... After school this all I did practice in the parking lot...

  • @bongzuki I could do all that Danny way, Matt Hensley, Sarl Barbie, Ron Allen, Guy Mariano, most of Jason Lee's of the Blind Team of the time could do.., Impossible, 360 flip front or backward, jump 10 stairs with impossible, Blunt/nose slides, flip tell/nose slides, Half flip casper etc. I mean these was groundbreaking 20 years ago.. Believe me If I was still into it I would probably break the house. I really miss it. But I have other priorities now... There s time for everything... :)

  • @einc70 that would be a nice thing to do bro!

  • @aloysiusloh85 thanks man..

  • @einc70 The HAWK board with the EAGLE face? Dude, it's a HAWK. Get it? DUH!!!!! God.

  • @AlexxxStrykr no joke... I'm being specific cos other signature decks were kinna awkward... but yeah just stating the obvious...

  • fuck. yes.

  • Thanks Stacy, this is the story that will connect more skaters to each other than even the Z-boys did. We invite you to bring it to our Skate School for the Santa Fe Film Festival!
