Closest equivalent of CCleaner on OSX is OnyX. Good system cleanup tool; lets you clear system and app caches etc. Pretty easy GUI for stuff you'd normally take longer to do via the command line.

I use CCcleaner to clean up junk files on my computer. That is one way to free up HDD space on your PC. Another way is to just delete things you don't use. Like big music,movie, and big programs that are not in use.I am going to use this program you recommended though. Sounds better than CCcleaner.
