I don't think she's bad though, i still think she has a powerful voice and her version of this isn't bad, just different. Having said that, I think that says more about how great this track is than how good Florence is. I mean if she can still make it sound pretty good then it must be a f**king good track.

@xtom1973 you make me mad. auto-tune is the killer of soul. it is a singer's flaws, especially florence, which makes them great. the loss of control only accentuautes the passion and energy florence puts into her performances, and she is a stupidly good singer. perfection isn't real.....perfection is in imperfection. flo = perfect example.

I think, as with most popular music, there's nothing specific in the lyrics of the song to indicate the source of the love. It's left open to the listener's interpretation. If you care to believe she's talking about the love originating from a probably fictional salesman of a non existent oomnipotent being then that's your call.

I love this track... when my heart aches I put it on and then it hurts more and more... until the piano break comes and the track allmost comes to a dead stop. when I hear that reverse effect just before the breakbeat kicks in, I get goosebumps and when the beat and everything starts. I feel my strength coming back and the track fills me with a certain feeling of euphoria and it comforts me. Like soft arms around me.
