The SONG is known to be a rock song however this particular rendition is purely vocal preventing it from being classified as Doo Wop. Keep in mind that modern Doo Wop is an adaptation of its original definition. This rendition may not be typical barbershop, but it is certainly not rock & roll.

Unfortunately, doo-wop is a rock style prominent in the late 40s to early 60s, whereas barbershop (also an a capella) is a harmonic style that started in the early 40s exploiting sum & difference frequencies, 4part chords, circle of 5ths and most importantly ringing chords (aka the fifth voice). None of that is present here, hence it is doo-wop, it is a capella, but it isn't barbershop.
