oh..It was good for my taste..so i made the recipes like that.. it's healthier not to eat too much sugar .. so..you can reduce the amount of sugar depending on your taste. ^^:;

well.. it's different.. it's more like yellowish color noodle...and it's thicker and more chewy than naengmyun noodles... but if you want that noodle for this dish.. you can actually..

Yep.. you can eat cabbage, carrot and cucumber as raw.. for jjol myeon.. you don't want cooked carrot and cabbage.. trust me..hehe thanks :D

I know we can eat cucumber raw. That's common sense. And I know we can eat cabbage raw as well since I tried out your simple cabbage kimchi recipe before and it tasted good! ^^And I see a lot of people eat carrot raw in TV and sometimes kind of rare in my daily experience. I've never tried 쫄면 with the potato noddles for japchae before.. but to answer your question..I researched Korean research sites to see if there are many people who have experience about it... and some people said..yes you can use it.... if it's chew enough.. and if you can't find the original noodles for this dish. :) thanks !!!

btw, I made her bibimbap last night, It was my first time. I followed you're recipe for it and it turned out great!! she really loved it and finished the whole bowl, and said that it reminded her of her mom's bibimbap. =)

To be honest with you, I don't know much about different kinds of pasta noodle.. hehe.. if you can find .. chewy one...why not..^^ I've used angel pasta noodle for my other korean noodle dish before..it worked good.. thick pasta for jja jang myeon.
