I Have question ... in my friend list ... when it displays what friends are playing or if they are in the menus .. you know .. for some reason it appears in a different language than what the system has... anyone know why?

I just got banned from xboxlive till 12/31/9999 for marketplace theft, something i can prove to them i didn't even do. they wont give account back and everyone i have talked to has been very rude over the phone on why they have banned me or even showing me proof that what i have done is true. i have a lot of money and time in xboxlive so hate to lose all this. so i guess im going to buy a ps3. i love mmorpgs like phantasy star universe if anyone knows any good mmorpgs plz msg me with them. thx
i updated to 3.70 and i dont have my channel under the xmb??? i live in ireland idk if its not supported here but we had the iplayer before this update and now thats gone
