@Dude4therun first get an amazing handstand, then learn to do a turtle freeze (look it up) then go from turtle to handstand back up and down and eventually u can slow it down :) i can do this myself its just faster for break-dancing I could proly slow it down like that though. not too too difficult hope i helped gl :)

My buddy says its ideal to stay small and have extreme power but nothings impossible im proof of that, 185 benchpress 225 deadlift (with a broken back) in only 4 months training
That last part about my stats current state is just for those people out there saying they can't do something, your just like me you just gotta work hard but believe me its worth it
right planche form is when you have your arms extended so your shoulders do the job.
