exactly---and if they have been vaccinated, has it been on the "down-low" i.e. undocumented experimentation on locals by certain governments who are creating situations as an excuse to declare mandatory vaccines globally?

I dont know, how could someone find out, its the first thing that come to mind when theres something "strange" and new comes on the scene, and human labrats are a coveted thing I would think, so if someone appears to "examine" the effects of whatever this is I sometimes wonder if its not to keep record of the results of some unofficial experimental thing started beforehand, after all we all have heard the stories of that kind of thing going on.

What a government.When swine flu,which to me is a lesser condition,than this disease was detected in Kenya there was a health alert and ministers hopped from one press conference to another as health officials poked pupils's noses non stop.Come this poormans desease in some corner of the country and you hear nor see no tuff war between the bearded prof and jomo's niece. Perhaps we should transfer all the gov depts to NTV. With cameras on the loose most departments will be on their best behaviour

I would be wrong but this is through some chemicals that the KANU govt allowed some western companies dump in the area. Now the drums underground are busting mixing with the water in the area. Just maybe im not sure... Watch the movie Sahara you will understand.
