Sad that by the time this movie was release Hammer Films were tanking. This was a good movie, it was funny and entertaining. Not scary at all but fun!!!

Don' t you know there are other vampires in world legends besides European sunburning no reflection fanged bloodsucking stereotypes? there are some that suck youth/souls/energy/lifeforces out of people instead like Asian and Japanese vampires, some have sharp as blades teeth like Egyptian vampires, some can walk in the daylight without being killed etc.

This movie with Lifeforce, The Hunger and others are proof a vampire can be different.

@Johnlindsey289 Just to add my two cents, in most legends, sunlight would not kill vampires. The popularity of that method is mostly due to the film Nosferatu, I think. I could be mistaken of course.

This was an interesting concept. Unfortunately, people at the time didnt find it so interesting. However, it was a good movie.

Well people should be educated about different vampires including soul-sucking ones. There have been films like this, Lifeforce, The Hunger, Immortality (Wisdom of Crocodiles), Ravenous and others to show other vampire legends including cannibal vampires to soul-draining vampires to vampires with no fangs but sharp as blades teeth. These films with Kronos can prove to everyone that Twilight saga aren't the only films to show bizarre kinds of vampires.
