this movie was horrible. first, its clear that zoe saldanas character when she was a child had a south american accent. but when she becomes an adult, she has an american accent *facepalm* and while there was action, it wasnt that great. it was like a dumbed down version of Salt. and also, the movie almost put me to sleep. i hated it so much i walked out. i could only take like 40 minutes of this movie.

I really enjoyed this movie and think that Zoe did a great job portraying Cataleya. Ezra said that he predicted the whole movie and although the general story of the movie is pretty predictable, the end was something I, personally, did not see coming. I give this movie an 8.5/10

I don't like the fact how women action stars have to be pointed out so much in their films. It feels like they always have to say "She's a woman, KICKING ASS" which really takes out any equality in the action genre. Can't females in action roles be treated like males, as in just being there.

@zeebazz141421 That's actually not true. So far this year, I only disliked 9 films and I saw 48. This just happens to be one of the films I just really didn't like. Like if you see the BTT episodes for The Expendables and Drive Angry, I really had fun with those movies. I don't like them as much now, but they're still a blast to watch and I even own them on Blu-Ray.

I refuse to see Colombiana solely because the preview was terrible. Specifically, they used the same sounds bite--"Never forget where you came from"--at least 5 times in the short preview. Not only was that annoying, but it makes me think there was nothing else to use for the trailer because nothing else in the movie was interesting.

The movie was not very good. The movie itself is PG13, which means scenes which are cut away instead of being able to see the violence. The romance was bleh. Some good parts but overall not that great. But apparently opinions are bad.

You know I loved Taken and Zoe is sexy I think she is a flatout terrible actress with no emotion. Like the scene in the trailer where she is trying to tear up about her parents being killed in front of her. The delivery was just fucking horrible like high school play horrible. What is it because they're both action flicks with chicks? I watched this movie and it's nothing like Salt at all. The guy didn't know what he was talking about, and then gives it such a horrible rating like that. A 2 out of 10 should be rated for a movie that's absolute trash. Colombiana is not that bad of a movie to receive a 2.

This movie was incredibly disappointing. The basic skeleton of the plot is interesting, but that was mostly put on the side-lines for the unnecessary detective-trying-to-hunt-down-­the-killer and I'm-a-killer-but-I-still-love-­you romantic subplots. If you go to see it, I recommend trying to get as involved in the action scenes as possible in order to distract you from the plot holes and loose ends.
