I don't agree on the voting age being raised, mostly because anyone can be ignorant or knowledgeable regardless of age. And plenty of decisions impact 18 year olds. But I absolutely agree that every american should have to pass a civic test to vote. We make immigrants do it but not natural citizens who take their ignorance of our political system for granted.

I'd also see to it that no one younger than 20 can enlist, or be drafted in time of war. Drop the alcohol age to 20. But increase penalties (severely) for DUI for all ages.

They had absolutely NO idea what they were! Personally, I believe every voter (including politicians) should be required to take a competency test prior to a national election. I'd also see to it that no one younger than 20 can enlist, or be drafted in time of war. Drop the alcohol age to 20. But increase penalties (severely) for DUI for all ages.

Consider objectives of video creator-Yet there’s a point here; Obamas base of voters clueless but voted anyway.
